Minimum Skills Required:
- – Excellent communication, impeccable spelling, and grammar.
- – Comfortable with phone calling to get things done
- – Prior experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or any other relevant software.
- – Email / live chat customer support experience.
- – Should be comfortable in multi-tasking in a high-energy environment.
- – Previous experience in a similar role, preferably for a start-up.
- – Proficient Excel and Google sheets skills.
- – Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- – Customer-orientated.
- – Flexibility required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- – An accurate and timely response through all communication channels including email / live chat.
- -Ensuring high standards of tone and language in all written and verbal
- communications to all stakeholders.
- – Liaising with all stakeholders to resolve all customer complaints in the most efficient and effective manner.
- – Shaping and automating the process of how we operate and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- – Charges, refunds, and compensation requests
- – Various relevant KPIs allow to drive business results and improve the overall customer experience.
