CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE(NON-VOICE) – MALE

Mantle Solutions Private Limited is a Lulu Group Company which started its operations in Lulu Cyber Tower – 2, Infopark SEZ, Kakkanad, Kochi recently. We are looking for Customer Service Executives for our contact center(NON-VOICE).

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through email/chat and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

  • Minimum 6 Months to 1 year experience
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
  • Excellent Verbal & Written communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to support
Educational Qualification: Any Degree
Salary: As per industry standards
Preference will be given to the candidates from Ernakulam district who are ready to join immediately.
