BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – VOICE PROCESS/ COLD CALLING/ CUSTOMER SUPPORT / IT/BPO/ITES)

SayOne Technologies is looking for cold calling executive who would like to build a career in IT sales starting as Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling and scheduling client meetings with BDM.
  • End to end responsibility of outbound lead generation.
  • Setting appointments for account manager.
  • Prospecting through a structured process of contact over email, LinkedIn, phone and so on. Identifying key decision makers and bypassing gatekeepers for scheduling client meetings.
  • Track and manage prospects through our CRM System and other marketing tools.
  • Meet or exceed the assigned quantitative and qualitative targets for each period.

Competencies & Skill sets

  • Should have excellent written and oral communication.
  • Able to comprehend and negotiate with US/UK clients
  • Should be excellent in time management and a team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Should be results oriented.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling and handling US/UK clients.
  • Experience as cold calling executive in BPO is also considered
  • Education: Any Graduate
