Well versed to handle :
- Accounts receivables,
- General ledgers,
- Reconciliations,
- MIS Reports(commissions /sales ,monthly closing reports etc)
Outstanding knowledge of MS office,( U S accounting experience is an added advantage)
Soft skills: Ability to work in a team. Good communication and typing skills.

Responsibilities:
- Grow revenue from existing customers by cross-selling/upselling.
- Responsible for maximising customer satisfaction and client retention.
- Building deep relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Stayed informed on Client business and industry trends to better understand and predict client needs.
- Be a single point of contact for all services between the company and customers.
- Customer communication/reporting and operational aspects.
- Forecast and track key account metrics and communicate relevant information with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Overall experience of 10+ years in IT services industry, with minimum 4 years in “Account management/Relationship Management” roles.
- Good knowledge/exposure of latest technologies and trends.
- Strong handle on IT services industry and different operating models.
- Good understanding of various engagement models and commercial models.
- Previous experience in handling all operational activities (billing, invoicing, collections).
- Good exposure to Business Development activities.
