Associates Mortgage Loan Processorin this role get to:
- Review collateral documents such as, Appraisal, Tax documents, home owner’s insurance policy, etc
- Review Credit report, bank statement and income documents
- Follow Client specific guidelines as well as Fannie requirements
- Request for additional documents from customer as and when required
- Meet/exceed the Document Review timelines (Goals)
- Adhere to Schedule and other operational requirements
- Maintain the quality standards
- Level 2 Consultants should possess the basic Knowledge in review and calculation of income using pay stubs.
- Knowledge in reviewing 1040’s, Schedule C, E and Corp returns.
- Knowledge in appraisal review and agreement of sale.

- High School diploma or GED; College degree preferred
- Should have good computer handling skills, well versed with keyboard shortcuts and able to identify new ways to complete a task in less time
- Strong analytical skills and experience with mortgage rates
- Multi-tasking skills, showcased through the use of several applications
- Self-motivated, flexible, team-oriented, organized and prompt

The Loan Processor will handle a file from the time a complete package is received into processing until the time the file reaches a conclusive decision. The Mortgage Loan Processor needs to be conversant with all the facts of a loan application and have current experience managing a pipeline of loans throughout the origination process.
