Job description
  • 3+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, AJAX, and java
  • script, OOPS.
  • Strong hold in design patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of SOA and web services.
  • Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge / exposure in agile methodology.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently.
Core Skills: Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, AJAX, Javascript, OOPS
Knowledge in extjs, jquery, responsive design concept will be an added advantage
Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA or equivalent

Customer Support Analyst[ads-post]
Core Skills Required: 
  • 2-5 years international customer support experience, especially US process.
  • Good hands on skills with Microsoft Office and Internet Browsers Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.
  • Good analytical skills.
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Attend inbound/outbound calls and help the customer by providing answers to their queries. 
  • Provide support over phone, Email or Chat Maintain solid customer relationships by handling customer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism Research skills to troubleshoot customer issues Co-ordinate with the tech team on resolving software bugs, issues and enhancements
