Chat Support Executive (PART-TIME,Work-from-home)



Job Description

  • Answer Customer/Patient help requests received via chat on multiple websites in a professional, friendly and accurate manner.
  • Provide information on various details like treatments, cost, appointments, that match the customer's requirement.
  • Answer/Escalate questions related to the conditions/treatments/request by the user.
  • Convert some of the chat users into appointments and treatment procedures without compromising the user experience.

Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills including follow up.
  • Good written/Verbal communication in English is MUST.
  • Good problem solving, diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues in a friendly and easy to understand format (written)
  • Experience with prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Significant attention to detail.

  • Educational Qualification: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
