Manager - Business Support - RM Education Solutions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying business opportunities and preparing business cases
  • Defining project plan and ensuring timely delivery of the project
  • Rightsizing resource requirements for the project
  • Provide reports to Management  & key stake holders
  • Document processes and procedures and ensure continuous improvement through regular reviews
  • Take total ownership of the Internal Services vertical of the ESI Shared Services. Ensure delivery of the projects as per plan.
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of the end to end transactions. Re-engineer processes to create economic value add. This would include changes initiated at the On-site locations.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in Business Operations and Project Management.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Hands on experience in taking ownership of end to end transactions and ensuring delivery, as per plan.
  • Hands on experience in project implemention and Project Management.
Desired Skills:
  • Capable of analysing business improvement opportunities and devise appropriate solutions.
  • Capable of coaching and mentoring team members.
  • A degree/qualification in Business Studies and Project Management would be an advantage.
  • A good understanding of the cross cultural issues.
  • Experience in taking ownership of end to end transactions and ensuring delivery, as per plan.
  • Experience in implementing change and Process re-engineering expertise would be an added advantage.
