Housekeeping / Pantry services / Pest control.( To ensure that the office hygiene maintain)
Security services
Printing & purchase of stationery
Fire equipments & safety
Couriers & Dispatch
Vendor management
Repairs & Maintenance
Timely submission of MIS reports
Liasioning with local government bodies
Ensuring AMCs and contract copies are maintained at branch.
Travel & stay co-ordination with centralized travel desk.
Space management ( Seat allotment & storage)
Front Office Management
Handling walk-in customers.
Updating of the telephone / Extn list on Branch.
Attending phone calls
Cost Control Measures & Bill Payments
Verifying and certifying bills on FMG expenses
Ensure effective cost control measures by controlling consumables & phone calls
Reducing overtimes of utility support staff.
Implementation of energy conservation practices.
HR Support
Recruitment co-ordination role.
All joining & post joining formalities ( complete responsibility)
Provide support on workstation, email, computer, visiting cards, mobile no etc.,
Maintaining attendance register & leave records
Employee exit clearance forms
Branch Support
IT Co-ordination
Handling Branch MER & MIS report.
Marketing collaterals co-ordination
Support staff management
