HR Assistant - Kuwait - Landmark Group

Responsibilities
  • Human Resource Operations
  • Conduct exit interviews with employees who have resigned
  • Forward necessary documents to finance for final settlement and cancellation
  • Prepare termination letters
  • Prepare disciplinary letters to employees
  • Conduct investigations and make recommendations regarding issues of staff misconduct and policy infractions
  • Generate transfer letters, contract letters, resignation acceptance letters, promotion letters, experience certificate etc.
  • Handle employee grievances
  • Manage transportation and housing for employees
  • Obtain relevant approval on leave application / resignations / forwarding to accounts and PRO for further actio
Qualification
  • Post Graduate Diploma

Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good employee relations
  • Good inter-personal skills
